Chrysler has filed for bankruptcy. GM is most likely going to file for bankruptcy. Ford is alive, but the demand for their cars is not as great as it once was. And along comes a company like this
In one paragraph explain what you think will happen to the auto industry in America in the coming years. In your paragraph, explain who you think will run these companies and also describe what kinds of cars you think will be produced and why these cars will be produced.

ReplyDeleteIn the coming years, I think the American auto industry will disappear and I think the hybrid cars will take their spot. With the cars we have now is ruining the economy with the pollution and the gas prices keep going up. I dont think GM & Ford will be able to survive if they build the hyrbid cars because everyone would want to go buy the hybrid car because the hybrids are better for the economy and the gas is better. But time will only tell what is in store for the Auto industry in the future.

I have a feeling in the coming years, auto companies will go under because people are not trying to spend money on cars that burn gas, which is also getting more expensive. Crysle, for example, has a lot of big gas burning cars that they sell. That is probably the main reason it's company is failing. If the companies are smart, they will start making electric cars or cars that use something other then gasoline. If they do start putting more electric cars on the market, the companies will succeed because people will be okay with spending money on something better for not only their spending, but the environment as well.

I believe that the smaller car companies will go under and the larger ones will do fine and get through the recession. i think that in future more hybrid and electric based cars will eventually become popular
ReplyDeletei think that most of the american automobile companies will probably file for bankrupty because they are banking off on gas powered vechiles. they refuse to make a smaller car, we americans love our big and bad suvs and trucks, now people want smaller cars which are more efficient. it will take a while to turn around the auto industry in the US, the government will be over looking these companies and i think theyw will push for smaller and cleaner cars a la electric vechiles. when the demand is smaller vechiles they must meet that demand or they wont be in business much longer.

I think the auto companies will fail soon because they are building inturnal combustion cars which are going out of style fast. The electric car is becoming more and more popular. Crysler has to hope for Fiat to come through in order to save their company. If they don't they will have to sell it of peice by peice. The only problem is Fiat can back out at any time and Crysler goes Bankrupt. GM's only chance to get out is to have people buy risky stock. 27 billion dollars of it. This most likely wont happen because people know what they want and if the gas companies are failing then there is room for the elecric car companies. In the coming years i think we will see more and more internal combustion car companies fail and electric car companies will become huge> The elecric car is going to be in high demand.

In the near future the auto industry will face total reincarnation virtually reshaping itself with the flowing and growing demand for high efficient Electric/Hybrid cars. I believe gas cars will be existent but will merely become an attraction or oldie style of cars. I expect my children to grow up in a world majority if not totally in a world of electric cars but I think it will take more then a century to completely dissolve uses for the petroleum fueled vehicle.

I think the auto companies in the U.S. will go bankrupt in the near future. I think overseas auto companies will buy or take over some auto industries over here. The new companies will make smaller cars. They will also make cars that help our environment so there probably wont be many cars running on gas in the future. They will probably run on batteries or some other type of fuel instead of oil. I think they will probably end up making better cars then the auto industries in the U.S. are making now. That is what i think will happen.

I think that auto industry will be running by a mixed of Amirecan foreign companies.however it start getting in into more electric and hydrogen cars, but it is still a gas powered vihecles.also it still be a part of societies. although the auto industry in the United States will iventually invest to other countries.
ReplyDeleteI think that the american auto industry is going to loose alot of business in the up comming years. The industry is already loosing some of its major companies. Some of the companies that have been around for a long time are now in trouble. I think that electric cars are going to be alot more popular. They are improving everyday. I think that will not be that many fuel running cars in the near future.

I think that in the upcoming years most of us will still be driving cars that
ReplyDeleteused gasoline, but I hope that people will see that we need to change and use the electric cars. They will see this when most companies file for bankruptcy, when their is too much pollution and when we have low oil. I believe that in the near future the gov is going to need to adopt the Chinese electric car to make it better and be able to create our own industries again that will be productive.

ReplyDeleteIn the coming years, i believe the American auto industry will eventually get taken over by foreign industries. Since gas powered vehicles is a "dead technology" the American car industries will fall in the near future. There is no hope for the American industry because they are stuck in a government which basically "eats itself".
I think that in the upcoming years most of American auto companies will be taken over by the Chinese and their electric cars. Americans will need to start getting into more electric and hybrid cars, even though people will stil be using gas-powered cars

In the coming years, I think the auto industry in America will look gloomy and slow down before altering continuously from China auto industry. We lost our times to research electric car and then quit it while China has motivated to produce electric car. We need to both contribute electric cars and at the same time, find the way to replace oil with other efficient energy.I don't think Ford or GM or China company can be sucessful with electric car because consumers won't pay such a lot of money to buy new cars that don't ensure the stability of batteries. In my opinion, these company will produce oil cars which reduce pollution next 10 years. During that time, they will create the new generation of solar cars which cost no money to buy energy. These cars will replace old cars that make polluted, and avoid the dependence from fuel oil.It looks hard to do, but I did see some solar car in researching, and I believe 10 years is enough for them to show up in the market.

No matter what happens, we're going to stay behind the Asian car dealers. The future of America’s auto industry looks dim. I think that government will take over the auto industry and they will start making more fuel efficient and clean burning vehicles. I think we are going to come to a complete stop with our auto industry. Soon enough the electric car will be the only option for the auto industries. These vehicles that will be produced have a better chance of living longer in our nation; these will be the cars that will benefit us. So all the companies like ford, gm, and so on will no longer be here.

in the coming years, i dont think the auto company is going to recover unless they try to change their policy about how they are satisfy their consumers. And since China is trying to make the electric cars by 2010, i think it is time for the US auto industry to continue working on theirs since they stopped it a long time ago. The US auto industry must decide quick on how they are going to react on the China's policy on their auto industry which can have a huge affect on us.

I think the American auto industry will struggle and end up being demolished. I think the Honda Company will take over that industry. They are coming up with hybrid cars and also affordable ones too. I believe that fuel efficient and electric cars will come out very soon, maybe within the next 5 or so years. They will be successful because gas prices will continue to rise and they will come with up with something new such as the electric cars.
